My cat is typically an outdoor cat and usually spends most days and nights happily roaming around outside. However, there was one partiular night which was extremely cold so I decided to let my cat sleep inside our utility room. We use our utility room for storage where we keep bads of dog and cat food along with other household items. When I turned off the light my cat was happily sleeping next to the radiator. Happy that my cat was comfortable, I went to sleep upstairs. At around 3.30am I woke up after a large bag downstairs. I crept down and saw noone around. I went to the utility room to find the my cat had pulled a large bag of dog food off of the counter and there was dog food spread all across the floor. The bag of cat food on the counter was untouched. At least my cat used his initiative to find some food, but I think he got a bit confused and prefered the dog food instead!
