The answer to all these issues is Campaign Finance Reform! Please support Americans for Campaign Finance Reform. It is bi-partisan (real Republicans).

Also…small business advice businesses have been hamstrung by the big guys. And there are plenty of unemployed who would like to start their own small business or build their small business, but they can’t compete with the big ones. And they can’t afford health insurance because they are pouring all their savings into their little venture. I have seen local small businessmen speak about having to close up shop, because they have to stop giving benefits to employees and then can’t even afford insurance for themselves… after decades of doing business locally. In their late fifties and early sixties… and they can’t keep the business going. That’s why I look for small local business to buy from. Who can compete with the big box stores and the chains and actually be able survive?

While I am at it, let’s just institute single-payer health care and get over the idea that government can’t play a role in slowing health care costs. It’s the private health insurance companies and for-profit hospitals and the doctors and richly rewarded CEOs that run them that haunt and pump money into Congress. And have you ever seen the paper work doctors’ offices have to sort through with all the different policies?
