Many people didn’t like the changeover, because they don’t like change, but after going to Shire Leasing offers, a guy from upstairs decided a change was needed, and that it was most needed in the equipment that we work with.
The result was better routers and servers that allowed us to manage calls easier, and take them faster. It increased the productivity around the place, and actually makes work a lot easier to go to.
