We’ll be hiring a bunch of people to come in. Including a Sharepoint consultancy firm, and some consultant on “people management”. Lol.

Now these first guys, they seem legit, I mean its an IT tech and you need help with configuring it and stuff. But people management? Rly? Come on now. Will he come in and tell us what tone to use with people, and how to gently ask employees what to do haahahaha. That’s just not gonna fly. I sincerely hope its not some new-age buffon of the self-help field, coz I will openly mock him in front of everyone!
