I am one week into my new routine and already I feel a lot better. I decided to make some changes because I want to know how to reduce flabby tummy. I have changed my diet and have been eating more fruits and vegetables. I am also exercising every day. Some days I will go for a walk and other days I will target specific areas of my body. Even though I am only a few days into it I am feeling very good. I like having a little bit of time for myself, with three kids it’s nice to be alone sometimes.
