One common mistake that people oftenmake when they decide to engage in a weightloss program is that they focus heavilyon reducing sugars and fats from theirdiets, whether by will power or usingan diet product such as Caralluma Burn.

Reducing dangerous fats and all sugaris a good thing, but you must realise thatnot all fats are bad, in fact fats thatare in coconut oil are good for weight loss.

However my biggest concern is that when people abruptly remove sugar, they oftenreplace it with artificial sweetners, suchas aspartamine, sucralose, acesulfame-K and high fructose corn syrup.Aspartamine was first given the green lightby the US FDA in July 1974.

However the verysame year its approval was revoked when testson lab rats using aspartamine developed braincancer!! This is definitely something thatyou should avoid when trying to lose weight
