I use an herbal diet plan that I got through my vitamin company. I take their vitamins and I eat whole foods that are rich in the natural vitamins that I need. The lady that I buy my vitamins from recommended this diet plan and told me that she had lost 45 pounds on it herself. I have about the same amount to lose, so that really encouraged me. The hardest thing for me to do is give up sweets. I practically crave them every day of the week. I try to work natural sugars like fruit and honey, but so far, it’s not working.
