I have been doing a lot of repetitive movement at work lately and finally my back just gave out on me. It had been kind of sore for a few weeks and I was noticing more and more every day when I would get home but I still had to go to work. I had no idea that the lower back pain causes could have been lessened and I would not be in this kind of pain right now. I should have listened to my body earlier so that I would not be in the kind of shape I am in now.
