First Treadmill Trainer Program
Sports February 3rd. 2010, 9:14amYuri, Thank you so much for everything so far. I got your book first and it really helped me make the switch to raw. I had been having fun with it and wanting to do it without any great restrictions. But your book allowed me to have a breakthrough in my thinking in order to do it even better and more easily. My kids and I are on this journey together and we really enjoy it! Thanks for adding jmore oy to our choices! I also got the first Treadmill Trainer program. I have some health issues that make a lot of exercise, especially walking (and of course running) very difficult. Before I started your Treadmill Trainer, I was unable to WALK on our treadmill even 10 minutes straight! The first time I did the program (level 1), I was pretty worried. I definitely felt the warm up walk. I wondered how my lungs could handle the intervals. I wondered if I could break through 10 minutes. But I DID IT! I was so excited. With warm up and cool down included, I did TWENTY minutes, over double what I had ever done before! So I was moving faster than ever and went more than double the time. WILD! I even think I could have done a little more! A few months ago, my son and I tried a specialized program for beginner runners and couldn’t do even 10 minutes of it. Your program really is SO much better! My sister-in-law is training for a marathon currently and I told her to check out your programs! Anyway, so that is where I am….just a beginner. A beginner at eating raw vegan and a beginner at running. But I’m having a ball learning and part of that is due to you and your products! Thank you so much!
