We Should Be Able to Choose
Technology February 13th. 2010, 5:57amIt was absolutely crazy the number of programs I had to remove when I brought home my new laptop. Why should I have to remove internet security 2010? Why was it there to begin with? I didn’t order it. When I ordered the new laptop they made a big deal about how much space it has on it, but so much of that space was taken up by programs that I didn’t even want. Not only that, they are only trial versions, good for 30 or 90 days! Why can’t they ask us if we want all these programs before installing them on a new computer? Why can’t we choose which ones are on it?
